Absolutely! One thing I've never understood is why none of the other big word processors haven't adopted this wonderful feature. There's nothing else like it for cleaning up formatting errors or getting rid of duplicates.
Yea, I got into computers from a dedicated word processor (CompuGraphic EditWriter back in 81/82) and Word Perfect reveal codes was exactly what I was used to.
I use LibreOffice for all my spreadsheets (LO Calc) and for relatively simple word processing (LO Writer), but I have never been able to master LO's Style system for complicated text documents. Little things in Style, OK, but the complicated ones are just painful.

Completely agree. WP61 was probably the ultimate. 7 and 8 got bloat. After that it stopped mattering unfortunately.
