All statements by for-profit company should be considered on trial. After all they're not scientists they're businessmen. Honesty and integrity have always been prohibitively expensive for large business. We count on whistleblowers to ever have any insight into the actual workings of the company. Without whistleblowers there can be no proper accountability.
the problem with that is a company is made up of its employees, when an employee is making a statement how do you determine if it is on behalf of the company or as a seperate entity? If it is on behalf of the company then you have to get approval, if it is as a private citizen then you should not be attaching the statement with "I am an Amazon Employee". this has nothing to do with whistleblowing either, not sure why you threw that red herring in.
IF I HAD A MINE SHAFT, I don't think I would just abandon it. There's
got to be a better way.
